We need the raw PDF from Function's documents portal — not a screenshot or browser printout. We analyze those biomarkers alongside your lifestyle questionnaire to build a custom supplement formula matched to your numbers.
InsideTracker
If you tested with InsideTracker, download the original laboratory report PDF from your account — the file generated by the testing lab, not a printed summary from your browser.
Log in on a computer, open your Bloodwork results, and download the full report PDF. Upload that file to your Tailored Health dashboard and we will combine your biomarker values with your lifestyle inputs to build your formula.
Superpower
Superpower members can use their existing panel with Tailored Health — no duplicate testing required.

WHOOP Labs
If you completed WHOOP Advanced Labs testing, download your official lab report PDF from Quest Diagnostics — the laboratory that processed your blood draw. Log in to MyQuest, open your results, and download the full report file.
If you uploaded labs from another provider into WHOOP, download the original PDF from that provider's portal instead. Upload the raw lab PDF to your Tailored Health dashboard — we cannot use screenshots from the WHOOP app.
